1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AsteriaHub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Who Can Use AsteriaHub

AsteriaHub is intended for players of the VR MMO Asteria. You must be at least 13 years old to register. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your password. One account per person - duplicate accounts may be removed. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms.

4. Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post spam, malware links, or misleading content
• Impersonate staff or other users
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access
• Use the platform for any illegal activity

5. Marketplace

The marketplace facilitates in-game trades between players. AsteriaHub is not a party to any trade and takes no responsibility for disputes, lost items, or failed exchanges. Use common sense and trade with users you trust. REAL MONEY TRADING IS IN NO FORM PERMITTED AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM ASTERIA-HUB ASWELL AS AN IMMEDIATE REPORT TO THE DEVELOPERS OF ASTERIA

6. Content

You own the content you post. By posting it, you grant AsteriaHub a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform. This licence continues after your account is deleted for content that remains on the platform in anonymised form. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without notice.

7. Moderation

Moderators and administrators may remove content, issue warnings, mute, or ban accounts at their discretion. Active site punishments can be appealed through the platform. Guild chat mutes, account access blocks, and IP blocks are not eligible for appeal.

8. Availability

We do our best to keep AsteriaHub online, but we make no guarantees of uptime. The platform may be taken offline for maintenance or other reasons without notice.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes. By continuing to use the platform after the changes take effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you may delete your account.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
